Reza Athar est un DJ né en Iran et installé à Nimègue aux Pays-Bas. Résident et programmateur des soirées Horizon et MIND à Amsterdam où il a notamment invité Erol Alkan, Massimiliano Pagliara, Daniele Baldelli, Prins Thomas et Ivan Smagghe à jouer à ses côtés, il se produit régulièrement au fameux club Salon Zur Wilden Renate à Berlin. Fort d’apparitions très remarquées au Trouw et au PITCH Festival et de multiples podcasts ces deux dernières années, pour Clandestino, Deathmetaldiscoclub, Throne Of Blood, The Ransom Note, SEKOIA, THUMP et Phonica, il s’est imposé en 2015 comme une étoile montante de la scène hollandaise. Reza Athar is an Iranian-born DJ currently based in Nimeguen, Netherlands. Resident and booker of the Horizon and MIND parties in Amsterdam where he invited Erol Alkan, Massimiliano Pagliara, Daniele Baldelli, Prins Thomas and Ivan Smagghe to play next to him, he regularly performs at the renowned Salon Zur Wilden Renate in Berlin. Fortified by noteworthy appearances at Trouw and at the PITCH Festival, and by multiple podcasts over the past two years, for Clandestino, Deathmetaldiscoclub, Throne Of Blood, The Ransom Note, SEKOIA, THUMP and Phonica, he established himself in 2015 as a rising star of the Dutch scene.
